My Story
Upon graduating with distinction from the esteemed University of Colorado, Boulder, Natasha plunged headfirst into the complex world of oil and gas in 2012. Her vision and unwavering determination led her to establish a groundbreaking manufacturing and service arm for Surfco USA right in the heart of Ecuador.

The year 2017 marked a significant turning point. Teaming up with a premier American manufacturer, Natasha co-founded Hydrahead US LLC. The company, under her astute leadership, quickly became a leader in the commercialization of desanders. Their success in the Latin American market was unparalleled, drawing attention and acclaim.

In 2023, Natasha, alongside her supportive husband, made the strategic decision to transplant their flourishing enterprise to Midland, TX, expanding their horizons by opening new offices and bolstering operations.

Away from the hustle and bustle of the business world, Natasha cherishes moments of tranquility and joy, especially with the newest addition to her family – Tommy Gunner. Her journey, rich in challenges and triumphs, is a testament to her spirit and tenacity.
